Explosions were reported in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lvov, Kharkiv and other cities. «An explosion was recorded at a critical infrastructure facility in Lviv. Relevant services went to the site. Due to the lack of electricity, the operation of the city's thermal power plants was temporarily suspended. Therefore, hot water is not supplied yet. Launched backup power generators at several pumping stations to restore water supply to the city,» Sadovoy wrote on his Telegram channel. According to him, part of the city was left without electricity, a third of the traffic lights are not working.
