MOSCOW, Oct 19 Annual Reporting Conference of the All-Russian Federation of Athletics (ARAF) will be held in Moscow on December 18, according to the official website of the organization. Such a decision was made by the ARAF Presidium at its last meeting. The reporting conference of the All-Russian Board of Referees in Athletics will also take place the day before. Therefore, Russian athletes can compete in international competitions only after receiving the status of a neutral athlete from World Athletics. The World Athletics Congress on November 17, 2021 extended the suspension of the ARAF until all conditions for reinstatement are met.
