These included several recipes for tea — sea buckthorn with ginger or with viburnum, lemon and honey. Berber tea is also useful — black or green tea with the addition of crushed pine nuts and mint. You can get a boost of the necessary vitamins from compotes. Blackcurrant compotes with the addition of cinnamon, cardamom and star anise and feijoa with quince are especially useful. Another useful drink is sbiten with lingonberries. To prepare it, you need to boil sugar syrup, add cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf and a few peppercorns to it, then boil it. Then you need to knead lingonberries and mint into gruel, cook the total mixture for about 20 minutes, insist and strain into a jug with honey and lemon.
