MOSCOW, Oct 23 Figure skater Kamila Valieva wins women's singles at the first stage of the Russian Grand Prix, which takes place in Moscow. At the Golden Horse of Moscow tournament, the 2022 Olympic champion in team competition scored 244.66 points in the sum of two programs. The second place was taken by Sofya Akatieva (236.68), the third place was taken by Anastasia Zinina (200.43). The Grand Prix series includes six tournaments that will be hosted by Moscow (twice), Sochi, Kazan, Samara and Perm. (ISU) on March 1, against the backdrop of events in Ukraine, suspended Russian and Belarusian figure skaters, speed skaters and short track skaters from participating in international tournaments. In June, the ISU Congress approved this decision, it will remain in effect until further notice.
