MOSCOW, Oct. 28 Russian President Vladimir Putin took part in a meeting of CSTO leaders via video link. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan reported that Yerevan would initiate a meeting of the CSTO leaders on the situation on the border with Azerbaijan.
