MOSCOW, Oct 29 participation of the West and even without its mediation, said Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev.
Russia suspended participation in the grain deal after the attack on Sevastopol.
«It is becoming obvious that any food deals should be concluded without the participation of the West , including its mediation (read — setting speculative prices), and with effective international control over supplies to countries in real need,» the senator wrote in his Telegram channel.
At the same time, international efforts should not be focused on unblocking Ukrainian ports, which Kyiv and its patrons are noisily seeking for food reasons, but for a strong condemnation of «actions aimed at destroying the logistics of grain and food supplies from Russia,» Kosachev noted.
«War of the West against Russia this is costing the world more and more,» the senator wrote.
