MOSCOW, Oct 31 Ilmir has been appointed Director of the Department of Industry of the Russian Government Nabiev, who held this post, Kirill Lysogorsky, became deputy head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, according to the Telegram channel of the Cabinet of Ministers.
«Ilmir Nabiev became the director of the industry department of the Russian government. The order on his appointment was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin,» the message says.
By another order of the Prime Minister, Kirill Lysogorsky, who held this post, was appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade.
From 2004 to 2009, Nabiev worked in various positions in the Ministry of Energy. In 2011, he joined the Department of Industry and Infrastructure of the Russian government, where he rose from a consultant to a deputy director. In 2021, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Energy Department of the Russian Government.
