MOSCOW, Nov 1 Separate decree of the President of Russia on the end of the draft partial mobilization is not needed, said Andrei Klishas, chairman of the Federation Council committee on constitutional legislation.
“A separate presidential decree is not needed,” he said.
The day before, Putin at a press conference following a meeting with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan said that the call is completed, “ended”. At the same time, he added that he would discuss with lawyers whether a separate decree is needed for this.
Last week, the Ministry of Defense announced the completion of measures for partial mobilization. According to the head of the department, Sergei Shoigu, there are already 82,000 mobilized people in the military operation zone in Ukraine, and another 218,000 people are being trained.
Accordingly, after the autumn conscription, the military registration and enlistment offices will continue recruiting troops by accepting volunteers and candidates for contract service.
