MINSK, Nov 4 Intercepted in the Gomel region in southern Belarus Ukrainian drone, the State Border Committee said in a statement.
«As a result of the analysis of the drone's memory card data, the fact of its launch from Ukrainian territory was confirmed. It was established that the quadrocopter was used by Ukrainian paramilitary units on the border with the Republic of Belarus,» the agency said.
It is noted that the drone was equipped with an infrared vision system. In addition, the analysis of photographs and videos taken by him indicates that it was used for training in dropping explosive devices, as well as for reconnaissance, the report says.
The drone was found on November 2, a kilometer from the border, where Belarusian border guards could put him in jail.
