MOSCOW, Nov 7 Russia remains open to talks with Ukraine , but at the moment there is no way to continue them, said Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
«We have repeatedly said that the Russian side remains open in order to achieve its goals of negotiations, but also repeatedly drew everyone's attention to the fact that that at the moment we do not see such an opportunity, since Kyiv has codified, that is, turned into a law, the non-continuation of any negotiations with the Russian side,» Peskov told reporters.
