NATO Secretary General warns Russia's military potential should not be underestimated

MOSCOW, Nov. 9 NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said in an interview with the British TV channel Sky News that Russia has a powerful military potential that should not be underestimated.

"We must not underestimate Russia. She still has the ability and strength to strike at Ukrainian cities.
