DONETSK, Nov. 11 Denis Pushilin appointed new heads of the DPR two first deputies and deputy prime ministers of the DPR government, according to the relevant decrees.
“By Decree No. 14 of November 11, 2022, Acting Head of the DPR, Solntsev Evgeni Aleksandrovich was appointed First Deputy Prime Minister of the Donetsk People's Republic,” the statement said. According to the decrees, Yevgeny Solntsev and Rustam Mingazov have been appointed the new first deputy chairmen of the DPR government. Vladimir Yezhikov and Tatiana Pereverzeva have been appointed Deputy Prime Ministers of the DPR Government.
In addition, Denis Tsukanov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the DPR Government – Head of the DPR Government Staff, Andrey Chertkov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the DPR Government – Minister of Coal and Energy of the DPR, Vladimir Ruschak – Deputy Chairman of the DPR Government – Minister of Industry and Trade of the DPR, Artem Kramarenko – Deputy Prime Minister of the DPR – Minister of Agro-Industrial Policy and Food of the DPR.
Earlier, Pushilin announced a change in the structure of the republic's government and the introduction of additional positions of deputy prime ministers with appropriate powers. Pushilin explained this step by officials' complaints about the lack of authority to make the necessary decisions on the ground, which they justified the lack of necessary results.
