Putin during a meeting with the governor of the Tver region Igor Rudenya said that wants to personally meet with the citizens to talk about the situation with the support of the mobilized. He also listened to information, including about payments to the mobilized. The President paid special attention to this and noted that it is necessary to communicate directly with people on this topic.
