MOSCOW, Nov 15 Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that there was nothing to say about the content of the negotiations between the head of the CIA, William Burns, and the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, Sergei Naryshkin, in Ankara.
«We have nothing to say about the content of these negotiations,» Peskov told reporters. A spokesman for the US National Security Council said that CIA chief William Burns met with Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergei Naryshkin in Ankara on Monday to discuss detained US citizens and nuclear risks.
