In Crimea, they believe that now is not the time for negotiations with Zelensky

SIMFEROPOL, Nov. 16 Head of the Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov believes that now is not the time for negotiations with the Kyiv authorities headed by Vladimir Zelensky.
On Tuesday, during an online speech at the G20 summit, Zelensky announced his vision of steps to restore peace in Ukraine, proposing a 10-point program. In addition, he said that “there will be no” Minsk-3 “. Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said in a commentary that such words absolutely confirm Kyiv's position about unwillingness to negotiate. Moscow has repeatedly indicated that it is ready for negotiations , however, Kyiv has introduced a ban on them at the legislative level.
“In my opinion, now is not the time to negotiate with the Ukrainian Nazi regime. If we start negotiations, then after the liberation of Odessa and Kyiv,” Konstantinov said.

He believes that if negotiations are carried out now, then not with Zelensky, but with his “Western curators in the United States.”

“If you freeze the conflict on Kyiv's terms, then, knowing the deceitfulness of the criminal Ukrainian regime, you can be sure that they will use this to gain strength for a new strike against Russia. Therefore, there is simply nothing to negotiate with the current Kyiv authorities, and it is pointless,” the head of the regional parliament believes.
