MOSCOW, 16 Nov. French politician Florian Filippo demanded that Western weapons be taken away from Ukraine because of President Volodymyr Zelensky's reaction to the incident with the fallen missiles in Poland.
«Zelensky said that Russia attacked Poland. Even the Americans respond that rocket from Ukraine. <…> After this extremely dangerous provocation, he must hand over the provided weapons and return the money. With his crazy lies, he has put us on the brink of an abyss, on the brink of a third world war, and this cannot but have consequences! » — he wrote on Twitter.
Filippo expressed the hope that the actions of the «crazy» Ukrainian leader will open the eyes of Western states. He also urged France to stop destroying itself for the sake of the Kyiv regime, capable of any crimes.
The Polish media reported last night that two shells fell in the Lublin Voivodeship on the border with Ukraine. Two people died as a result of the incident.
According to AP, these were Ukrainian air defense missiles.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, experts identified the debris in the images from the explosion site in Poland as elements of the Ukrainian air defense system C -300. Precision strikes were carried out only on targets on the territory of Ukraine and at a distance of no closer than 35 kilometers from the border with Poland, the department specified.
