MOSCOW, Nov. 21 Turkey has again attacked the city of Kobani in Aleppo province in northern Syria, Kurdish reports Firat News Agency. It is reported that the western part of the city was shelled. The deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties in Syria, Major General Oleg Yegorov, said on Sunday that as a result of Turkish army strikes near Afrin and Kobani in the province of Aleppo, there were casualties among civilians and local military.
