WASHINGTON, Dec 1 State Department approves sale of MANPADS missiles to Finland Stinger for $380 million, according to the Defense Cooperation Agency,
«The State Department has agreed to the possible sale to the government of Finland of FIM-92K Stinger portable missiles, their testing and the transfer of related equipment for $380 million,» the department says on its website.< br>Finland requested 350 missiles and five flight tests, the report said.
