
NEW DELHI, Dec 23 At least one police officer killed and four injured in a car bomb explosion in Pakistan's capital, reports Geo TV channel.
According to police sources, the explosion occurred after the police stopped the car for a check.
As the Dawn TV channel notes, the explosion occurred near the clinic.
The police did not report the involvement of any group of terrorists in this incident. Meanwhile, late last month, the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan* terrorist group said it was lifting the ceasefire agreed with the Pakistani government and ordering the group's fighters to carry out attacks across the country.
