“The Secretary General noted that the army, of course, should become a subject of struggle and an example in the construction of a socialist village … every year without fail to create real objects of prosperity that please the people,” the KCNA statement says.

At the plenum, Kim Jong-un delivered a closing speech on the «urgent tasks» in agriculture for this year and the long-term goals for the development of the industry.
