MOSCOW, March 16 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Russian government, together with parliament, to approve by April 15 a plan for the implementation of additional measures to accelerate the transfer of business assets to Russian jurisdiction, the corresponding instruction was published on the Kremlin website.

Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko and Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin were appointed responsible for the execution of the order.
