Chinese company Matrix Motors has decided to review the equipment of its Matrix 01 electric vans, which have been produced since 2021, and published an updated price list: the most affordable version now costs 29,800 yuan, or 330,000 rubles in translation at the current rate.

Matrix Motors (aka Chengshi in romanized Chinese) is the commercial name of Shandong Horche Intelligent Automobile, founded in 2012 with the support of the Chinese IT giant Alibaba, the company is headquartered in Shanghai and has production facilities in Jinan, the capital of Shandong province. The capacity of the lithium-iron-phosphate battery is 10.36 kWh, its full charge is enough for 120 km (which cycle is not specified). A battery with a capacity of 20.74 kWh per 200 km was also previously offered, but it was not announced for the 2023 model year vans. The base maximum battery charging power is only 1.5 kW, a full charge will take 8 hours. More expensive versions can be fully charged at 3.3 kW in about 4 hours.
