On January 29, Shamrin's body with signs of violent death was found in the police department No. As doctors concluded, a 43-year-old man died due to a trauma to the cervical spinal cord. He was detained and brought to the department by a squad of patrol service.

According to Shamrin's wife, security forces threw her husband upside down into the service car, injuring his neck.
