MOSCOW, March 30 The six-year-old son of an American rapper Flo Rida (Tramar Dillard), named Zohar, was admitted to the intensive care unit with serious injuries after falling from the window of a fifth-floor apartment in New Jersey, Page Six reports, citing a lawsuit filed by the child's mother, Alexa Adams.
A former girlfriend of the hit singer Low said in a civil lawsuit that the tragedy occurred in early March. The child was hospitalized with fractures of the pelvis and left leg, rupture of the liver, collapsed lungs and internal bleeding.
According to the publication, Adams claims in the lawsuit that the protection on the windows installed in the building was «the wrong size», which «created a danger» and caused her son, who was born with a rare neurological disorder, to fall » on the concrete pavement.
The defendants in the lawsuit include the owners and managers of the apartment building, the construction company, the window installer and others.
