MOSCOW, March 30 Emmy award-winning television producer Nneka Garland has died, writes The Hollywood Reporter. She was 49 years old.
She had a heart attack.
In 2001, she joined the team of the series «General Hospital». The project is long-term. It started in 1963. Since 2021, Garland has become its producer, for which she received an Emmy. One of the show's characters was also named after her.
Nneka's half-brother is Tupac Shakur. He died in 1996 — he was shot at, but the murder of a hip-hop artist was never solved.
