The governor specified that no one was injured as a result of the explosion, but the windows and facades of the buildings of the FAP and the village council, which are located nearby, were slashed with shrapnel.
On January 29, in the Glushkovsky district, Ukrainian troops fired mortars at the village of Krasnooktyabrsky, the shells damaged power lines. On the same day, in the neighboring village of Volfino, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired on a repair team of electricians, one person was slightly injured.
In addition, on May 19 last year, two men came under fire in Tetkino, one died, the second was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds, and on October 6, a 72-year-old pensioner died of a heart attack during the shelling. On the same days, on October 10, a man and a woman were injured during the shelling.
From April 11, 2022, a yellow terrorist threat level has been in effect in the Kursk region. In early February, it was extended indefinitely.
This level of response implies increased work of law enforcement agencies, searches at railway stations and other crowded places, transferring medical organizations to high alert mode, identifying places suitable for temporary accommodation of people, as well as increased security of strategic objects.
