MOSCOW, April 1 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the creation, development and operation of state information systems using a single digital platform «GosTech», the corresponding document published on the Legal Information Portal.
Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin told his partners in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) about the work on the integrated national platform GosTech, in a few years it can serve as an integration into digital interaction between the state and citizens and within the association.
«In order to increase the efficiency of the implementation of measures related to the creation, development and operation of state information systems, I decree: the government of the Russian Federation to ensure by April 1 2023, the functioning of the unified digital platform of the Russian Federation «GosTech» in accordance with the requirements for the protection of information contained in state information systems,» the decree says.
It is noted that the decree comes into force from the date of its official publication — April 1, 2023.
