According to the text of the verdict, Karataev was drinking in the barracks on the evening of November 28, 2022 with another mobilized. They quarreled, and then Karataev grabbed him, hit him on the head with his fist and a bedside stool, from which he fell. Then Karataev once again kicked the opponent in the face. They were separated by other colleagues.
The mobilized pleaded guilty and paid the victim 110 thousand rubles. He said in court that he no longer has claims against Karataev. The judge found a colleague of moderate severity mobilized in violation of statutory relations and causing harm to health (point «e» of part 2 of article 335 of the Criminal Code).
