S-400 air defense system crashed into a ditch on the highway near Tula
An S-400 anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) rolled over on a highway in the Tula region. This is reported by the Telegram channel Mash. According to the channel, the incident happened near the village of Prudnoe on the M2-Crimea highway.
According to preliminary information, the accident occurred around 10:30 am on April 20. The road to enter and exit was blocked closer to 12 o'clock. It is clarified that the military equipment is still in the ditch.
In turn, according to preliminary data from the source of the SHOT Telegram channel, the S-400 driver could not control the car and flew off the road. It is noted that military equipment was traveling in a convoy of eight vehicles, but eventually lagged behind.
As a result of the accident, the 33-year-old driver suffered a broken arm. Ammunition is not activated, there is no explosion threat.
