MOSCOW, April 21 Roskomnadzor added 15 materials about gambling and lotteries posted on the streaming service to the register of prohibited information platform Twitch, the department said.
Earlier, the media reported that the accounts of 15 bloggers, in particular Yegor Creed, Nikolai Lebedev, Gusein Gasanov and others, were added to the Roskomnadzor register.
“Based on the decisions of the Federal Tax Service, Roskomnadzor entered 15 materials on the organization and conduct of gambling and lotteries hosted on the Twitch streaming platform into the Unified Register of Prohibited Information,” the agency said in response to a request.
It is noted that Roskomnadzor sent requests to the owner of the Internet service to remove prohibited materials. The information was also sent to the Investigative Committee for consideration and taking measures provided for by law.
