In Yekaterinburg, FSB officers call friends of the Tyumen case defendants Yuri Neznamov and Danila Chertykov. This is reported by the anti-fascist support group.
The security forces are summoning relatives of Neznamov and Chertykov for interviews. What exactly the FSB officers want to talk about is unknown.
Six anti-fascists from Tyumen, Surgut and Yekaterinburg were detained and arrested in late August and early September 2022. According to investigators, they planned to blow up police departments, military registration and enlistment offices and railway lines, along which trains with military equipment go to Ukraine. The accused gave confessions, but then said that they did it because of torture with electric current and threats.
In mid-April, security officials came to Chertykov and Neznamov in the pre-trial detention center with a proposal to sign a pre-trial agreement with the investigation.
At the end of March, Danila Chertykov's charges were toughened, imputing participation in a terrorist community (Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code). In December, a Yekaterinburg resident said that his state of health in Tyumen SIZO-1 was rapidly deteriorating. According to the support group, the prison staff did not give Chertykov vital vitamins. Yury Neznamov also talked about weight loss and problems with teeth.
