In Russia, the creation of enterprises according to new principles that one could only dream of is developing.

If you ask anyone, the first person you meet or a well-known person, an environmental activist or a worker who has worked all his life at an industrial enterprise (by the way, ask yourself too): “What kind of production would you like to see in modern Russia?” – it can be assumed with a high degree of probability that the answers will be largely similar and approximately the following (we also conducted a survey among our environment):
— It should be, firstly, not spoiling the air, not dusting, not spewing smoke from pipes, not noisy, so that cars do not rumble and do not break the roads of the area. It's all in one paragraph.
— Secondly, if this enterprise is located in our area, it should not bring additional security problems. It is desirable that its employees be educated, well-mannered people, and the production itself should bring an additional degree of comfort, including from the point of view of security.
— Thirdly, so that it works for the fatherland, and this is not pathos, but current realities. In the current situation, I would like production to be connected with what is so often talked about today: import substitution, the production, for example, of high-tech components for domestic microelectronics, which are limited in the country due to sanctions, various products that are so necessary today for civilian sector, and for the Russian Armed Forces, like the same drones, and much more…
Here, everything that was listed, – All this is now being embodied in the emerging new industries. One of the leaders in this direction was the industrial park «Rudnevo». We can say that it is created on the new principles of «tomorrow»; – it will be a «quiet plant» that will organically fit into the urban infrastructure and be completely environmentally friendly. No smoking pipes, dust and noise.
Specialization – production of the same components for domestic microelectronics that will be used in various industries.
Several such plants are planned, but the eponymous industrial park being created in Rudnevo – the flagship of this direction.
Despite the high pace of construction, we would like such enterprises to start their work sooner. After all, the more such industries, the more jobs will appear for the «new level of workers»; – with higher education, special qualifications. Their emergence will also contribute to the growing popularity among young people of technical specialties in colleges and universities. And for residents of the district there will be new employment opportunities close to home – not only related to the production itself, but also in the infrastructure associated with it.
Such enterprises – also a reason to be proud. They form what is called economic and technological sovereignty. Then the emergence of new sanctions will stop simply because they lose their meaning.
