MOSCOW, April 28 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the supply of oil to friendly countries regardless of the price ceiling, follows from a document on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Amendments are being made to the decree on retaliatory measures to the introduction by some countries of the marginal cost for Russian oil and petroleum products, which entered into force on February 1 this year.
«The action <…> by virtue of <…> the decree of international treaties <…> with states not included in the list of foreign states and territories committing <…> unfriendly actions against Russia,» the text says .
At the end of last year, Putin banned the supply of Russian oil and oil products if the contracts directly or indirectly provide for the use of the price cap mechanism introduced by the United States and other unfriendly countries.
