St. Petersburg, April 28 The execution of non-oil and gas budget revenues of the Russian Federation is ahead of schedule, by the end of 2023 they will be higher than planned, the minister told reporters Finance Anton Siluanov.
«Neneneftegaz, I have already said, we are doing well. Even better than planned, in certain positions,» Siluanov said.
He recalled that the Ministry of Economic Development had earlier improved the forecast for economic growth for the current year.
“Accordingly, this will lead to a better estimate of income (of the budget — ed.),” Siluanov said.
Federal budget of the Russian Federation in January-March, according to preliminary estimates of the Ministry of Finance, was executed with a deficit of 2.4 trillion rubles. Expenses increased by 34% — up to 8.077 trillion rubles. At the same time, the volume of income received amounted to 5.677 trillion rubles, which was 21% lower than the volume of income received in the first quarter of 2022.
