MOSCOW, Apr 28 . The First Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction upheld the decision to liquidate the human rights organization Moscow Helsinki Group (MHG), the court reported.
«The decision of the Moscow City Court on the liquidation of the regional public organization «Moscow Group for Assistance to the Implementation of the Helsinki Accords» was left unchanged by the appeal decision of the Judicial Collegium for Administrative Cases,» the court said.
On January 25, the Moscow City Court liquidated the oldest human rights organization in Russia, the Moscow Helsinki Group.
