MOSCOW, May 2. Russian President Vladimir Putin sent condolences to the relatives of fashion designer Vyacheslav Zaitsev, noting that he was a talented, sincerely generous person who was completely passionate about his vocation, according to the Kremlin website.
Soviet and Russian fashion designer Vyacheslav Zaitsev died on April 30 at the age of 86. Zaitsev is a fashion designer, painter, graphic artist, People's Artist of Russia, academician of the Russian Academy of Arts.
«Accept my deep condolences, words of support and participation in connection with the grief that has befallen you. Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Zaitsev, a talented, sincerely generous person who is completely passionate about his vocation, has passed away. Vyacheslav Zaitsev devoted himself to creativity, did a lot for the development of the domestic fashion industry, turning it to the present, high art. The unique, original works of Vyacheslav Mikhailovich gave people a holiday, joy and beauty, «the telegram says.
Putin stressed that the bright memory of this wonderful master and creator will forever remain in the hearts of his relatives, colleagues, friends, students.
