SIMFEROPOL, May 21. Head of the Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov proposed to consider the question of the legality of the collapse of the USSR.
Earlier, Konstantinov instructed to work out an appeal to the Constitutional Court of Russia to cancel the decree of 1954 on the transfer of the peninsula to Ukraine.
«By the way, there are other topics to consider, such as the collapse of the USSR, the coup d'état in Belovezhskaya Pushcha and much more. carried out with a huge number of violations of the then current legislation,» Konstantinov said.
According to him, questions arise regarding the ownership of the union's property, borders and many other things.
«I believe that this should also be considered,» Konstantinov stressed.
