MOSCOW, May 21. A playful dialogue between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov was shown in the program «Moscow. The Kremlin. Putin» on the Russia 1 channel, a fragment of which was posted on his Telegram channel by journalist Pavel Zarubin.
«Ramzan Akhmatovich, your beard has gotten bigger,» Putin said.
Kadyrov replied that he was letting her go. The Russian president, in turn, joked: «We have everything under control.»
