MOSCOW, May 27. Equatorial Guinea invites companies from Russia to participate in the development of oil and gas fields, the country is interested in training personnel, Ambassador of the Republic to the Russian Federation Luciano Nkogo Ndong Ayekaba said in an interview.
«We have been inviting Russia for a long time. Most of our country's territory belongs to the sea, rather than land. Americans work on one third of the territory, but the rest are free. Russia knows that we have oil and gas. We are in the same gas export organizations, but we need businessmen who want to explore our oil or gold. We have minerals, but there is no interest yet (from Russia — ed.),» Ndong Ayekaba said.
He noted that the country is «very interested in training and training personnel in various sectors.»
«We have natural resources, but we need the vast experience of our partners to train our personnel,» the diplomat stressed.
