The Babushkinsky District Court fined journalist Alexander Plyushchev 30,000 rubles for not having a «foreign agent» badge (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Mediazone was informed about this in court.
The reason for the protocol was the February video “TF. Who is Valery Solovey? Media manipulation, Friends at the top, Denunciations, Cuban eroticism”, in which journalist Tatyana Felgenhauer talks with blogger Valery Soloviev.
The day before, according to a similar protocol, journalist Tatyana Felgenhauer, with whom Plushchev leads the morning streams of the Breakfast Show on YouTube, was fined 30 thousand rubles.
The Ministry of Justice added Alexander Plyushchev to the register of «foreign agents» in October 2022. According to the department, the presenter received funding from Ukraine and Germany.
