Head of Belgorodskaya region Vyacheslav Gladkov said he was ready to meet with the saboteurs who captured the prisoners and offered him negotiations. He said this in a video message on his Telegram channel.
“If they (the prisoners) are alive, then from 17:00 to 18:00, Shebekino checkpoint. I guarantee safety, – he said.
Gladkov also said that a battle was now underway with the DRG in Novaya Tavolzhanka.
Recall that saboteurs from the Russian Volunteer Corps (recognized as terrorist in the Russian Federation, activities on the territory of the Russian Federation are prohibited) offered Gladkov to negotiate in exchange for the transfer of prisoners.
