The Presnensky District Court of Moscow fined TV presenter Tatyana Lazareva 30,000 rubles under a protocol on the absence of a “foreign agent” badge in publications (part 4 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the court.
The Ministry of Justice entered Lazareva into the register of «foreign agents» in July 2022, indicating Ukraine as the source of her funding. The presenter has repeatedly spoken out against the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Over the past month, protocols under part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses have been filed against the singer Monetochka (Elizaveta Gyrdymova), sociologist Viktor Vakhshtein, Alisher Morgenstern, libertarian Mikhail Svetov, and writer Dmitry Glukhovsky, deputy Daria Besedina and historian Tamara Eidelman. The courts have already fined Tatiana Felgenhauer (Shadrina) and Noize MC (Ivan Alekseev) 30 thousand rubles.
