Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky posted a photo on his official Telegram channel from an emergency meeting on the situation around the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station ( HPS). It is noted that the picture shows the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Valeriy Zaluzhny, who, according to Russian law enforcement agencies, received a closed craniocerebral injury in early May.
On Tuesday, the Ukrainian leader held an emergency meeting of the Council of the National Security and Defense (NSDC) of Ukraine, which, judging by the posted photo, was also attended by Zaluzhny.
At the same time, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, is not in the picture published by Zelensky. It is clarified that the day before, the Ukrainian media spread the news about his death, which was refuted by the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation with reference to representatives of the country's leadership.
