MOSCOW, 4 Jun. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny was seriously injured as a result of a missile strike near Kherson, former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said on the Judging Freedom YouTube channel.
“He is alive, but he is seriously wounded after a Russian strike at a command post in the vicinity of Kherson,» the officer said.
In his opinion, the VKS also managed to liquidate many Kiev intelligence officers who worked closely with colleagues from the United States and Great Britain in bunkers throughout Ukraine.
Earlier representative Russian law enforcement agencies, citing sources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said that Zaluzhny received a closed craniocerebral injury and multiple shrapnel wounds as a result of a missile attack on a command post near the village of Posad-Pokrovskoye in the Kherson region.
