WASHINGTON Jun 9 Former U.S. President Donald Trump indicted on 38 counts, including illegal possession of classified materials related to national security, follows from the indictment of the Florida District Court.
The list, approved by the «grand jury» of the jury, includes 31 counts of «intentional possession of information related to national defense», «conspiracy to obstruct justice», «concealment of documents or records», «false statements and testimony.» Each of the articles implies a prison sentence of up to 20 years.
