According to the speaker of the Duma, European states and citizens are the first to suffer from sanctions. He recalled that record inflation was recorded in the EU last year, and now the eurozone has officially entered a recession.
The speaker of the State Duma clarified that sanctions have ceased to be an effective tool to curb Russia's development, since Moscow «will overcome any challenges and threats only getting stronger.»
