A court in the Kursk region fined a 35-year-old mother of many children who attacked a police officer, as reported by Lenta.ru. ru» with reference to the joint press service of the courts of the region.
According to the publication, the Russian woman was found guilty under article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation («Use of violence against a representative of the authorities»), and she was sentenced to a fine of 35 thousand rubles.
The press service specified that on April 5 this year, the woman turned to the local police station for help. According to the department, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the district came to the mother of many children, but after the police arrived, the convict began to behave aggressively. In particular, it is noted that she began to use foul language, be rude, tore off the chevron from the sleeve of the uniform of a police officer and inflicted bodily injuries on her.
The joint press service of the courts of the Kursk region indicated that the convict fully admitted his guilt in his deed.
