Joe Biden
The approach of the American authorities to the situation in Ukraine does not exclude the risk of extermination of the entire population of this country. Columnist Peter van Buren writes about this in an article for The American Conservative.
As the journalist pointed out, when asked how many more Ukrainians must die, US President Joe Biden «privately answers that «they could potentially all of them die.”
At the same time, the “Biden Doctrine” aims to benefit as much as possible from the conflict in Ukraine without directly involving the United States in it. This will allow the American side to cash in on the supply of weapons, and then on the restoration of the country destroyed by hostilities.
At the same time, the number of human casualties already existing and possible in the future, as van Buren points out, is not taken into account. Washington has taken a similar approach in Afghanistan, Iraq and Vietnam, the observer noted.
Earlier, Professor Yuri Zhdanov, Doctor of Laws and Distinguished Lawyer of Russia, noted that many wavering Republicans are frustrated by the Biden administration's lack of a clear strategy for Kiev's victory. Skeptics, according to the expert, argue that the conflict in Ukraine is too costly, depletes American combat readiness, increases the risk of a nuclear confrontation with Russia, and distracts the US from the greater threat posed by China.
