Former Moscow deputy from the Yabloko party, Nikita Ilyin, was released from the police department 48 hours after his arrest. This is reported by Sota with reference to its correspondent.
On the morning of June 13, Ilyin's house was searched in the case of military «fakes» (clause «e» of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code ) and on justifying terrorism (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) against former State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev. After interrogation, a protocol was drawn up against the politician under the article on disobedience to the requirements of the security forces (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
According to Ilyin's beloved Alisa Filyukova, the reason for the administrative case was the ex-deputy's refusal to unlock the devices. Yesterday the Golovinsky District Court of Moscow returned the protocol to the police. Politician's lawyer Angelina Chashina said that today the situation repeated itself.
