An administrative protocol was drawn up against Mikhail Abdalkin, a deputy of the Samara provincial Duma from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, because of the banned song of the Electropartisans group in the playlist on VKontakte. He announced this on his social networks.
“They brought a summons to court on a banned song by the musical rock group“ Electropartisans ”, which they found on my VKontakte page, leaving everything and listening to 6000 of my audio recordings. For such work, they are awarded the Order of the Stooped,” wrote Abdalkin.
The deputy also published a video in which the police brought him to his apartment a summons to the Novokuybyshevsky City Court of the Samara Region. The meeting will take place on June 20.
The protocol against Abdalkin was drawn up under the article on the distribution of extremist materials (20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), under which he faces a fine of one to three thousand rubles or arrest for up to 15 days.
In March In 2023, the same court fined Mikhail Abdalkin 150,000 rubles under the protocol on “discrediting” the army (Part 1, Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The protocol was left on him due to the fact that on February 21 he posted a video on social networks in which he was watching the broadcast of Vladimir Putin's speech with a message to the Federal Assembly with noodles on his ears.
The actions of the deputy aroused indignation among his colleagues. The Samara Provincial Duma announced a «public censure» to the communist. In addition, the parliamentarians proposed to the leadership of the regional branch of the Communist Party to exclude Abdalkin from the party.
